Court Manager

Full time, 35 hours per week
£22,421 per annum (rising to £23,526 per annum after 12 months and completion of induction and training)
Housing & Care 21 is a leading national provider of retirement housing and care services for people aged 55 and above. We deliver affordable, contemporary, person-centred care and housing that meets individual needs, improves wellbeing and promotes independent living.
We are currently looking for a Court Manager to join us at John Shoobridge Court, a retirement court in Shaftesbury.
As a Court Manager your role is to effectively and professionally manage a retirement housing site in line with Housing & Care 21’s policies and procedures, in order to provide the high-quality housing-related support to older and vulnerable people. Promoting independence and providing a safe and secure environment for residents to live in is also an important part of the job.
