Therapeutic Support Worker

I`m looking for 3 people who can start immediately on a temporary basis with the likelyhood to change to permanent.

You`ll be supporting 4 young people who have come from a traumatic background and will need your support with helping them manage their emotions and help them gain independence through to adulthood.

The job offers an attractive 48 hour shift pattern including sleep ins with 4 days off. This allows you to have plenty of time off as you`ll be going back to back sleep ins. Additional flexible hours available if you wish to earn more money, this is entirely up to you!

You`ll be a nurturing , resilient personality and be prepared to be a positive role model in their lives. This is truly a job when you can make a real difference to these young peoples life and hopefully help them grow and develop healthy relationships.

You`ll be needing at least 1 years health and social care experience or 6 months with a relevant qualification and have a driving licence. Specific residential experience isn`t needed as this role is all about your personality. Training and support provided at all times.
