Senior Care Supervisor
We are after a Senior Care Supervisor / Team Leader based out our Kingston Office. We have a position open up that would suit somebody already working within the care sector.
With branches across South London and Surrey we supply home carers for a number of different needs and requirements.
In this position your main role is to ensure the ongoing quality of care for our clients and to keep up the excellent standards of our professional care team.
You will look after booking for around 100 clients and 35 members of our Care Team.
It`s up to you to schedule Quality Assurance sessions and make sure basic Health and Safety standards are being met. You will undertake spot-checks on care equipment and maintain carer viewing spreadsheets. You get the opportunity to mentor new care workers and build their confidence in the field. This is a varied role and we need somebody who can also attend safeguarding review meetings when required as well as stepping into the shoes of carers when the time calls for it.
The Ideal candidate will come from a support worker or carer background. We need somebody who is flexible with both time and duties and not afraid to help out where required.
Great IT and Admin skills are essential for this role.
You must be a driver and owning your own car is desirable but not essential.
Do you hold an NVQ 2/3 in Social Care or relevant subject?
