The Organisation
My client is a not for profit organisation that provides support to Adults with a Learning Disability in their own homes and in Residential Services.
I am looking for a Deputy Regional Manager to join their Harrogate and Northallerton Region.
The Role
The successful candidate will support the Regional Registered Manager to provide overall leadership across my client's services within the Harrogate and Northallerton region. This will include the delivery of five key priorities across the region:
- Customer Engagement & Care
- Regional Leadership
- Ensuring Compliance and Performance
- Business Development
- Financial and Resource Leadership
You will work closely with the Harrogate Deputy Regional Manager and Regional Registered Manager to ensure that a high quality of service is delivered across the Region.
The Deputy Regional Manager will have line management responsibility for a number of Managers. This includes mentoring and coaching them so that they can effectively manage their teams and take responsibility for the day to day running of the services. In addition to this, the post holder will be responsible for completing service audits, overseeing the quality and progress of our Continuous Improvement Plans to ensure consistency, compliance and person centered care.
Applicants will be able to demonstrate significant experience and knowledge of working in and managing social care/health services across multiple sites, have effective computer and IT skills and hold a full driving licence.
Salary: £30,420 - 39 hours per week.
