They’ve got an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to come and join their team and help them to provide excellent customer service and IT support to internal customers.
So if you have a passion for IT and delivering a great service for customers… they want to hear from you!
Working in their IT Team, you will help to resolve issues promptly.
By resolving or escalating queries you will be the first point of contact for customers and log all calls.
With experience of various software packages including Windows and Microsoft, you will have experience in supporting a large user base in a multi-site environment.
