We are currently recruiting Personal Travel Advisors (Online) for our prestigious client in Stoke on Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
-To provide holiday quotes and advice via 'live chat', social medial, email and, on occasion, the telephone, that meets the needs of the customer
-Accurately process customer holiday bookings, meeting legislative requirements and internal guidelines and standards
-To ensure that appropriate payments are taken prior to completion of booking, in accordance with Data protection, PCI Compliance and GDPR
-To consistently achieve key performance indicators which include but are not limited to: Conversion targets (of quotes to bookings), minimum average profit per booking value, productivity level targets and internal quality check scores
Skills and Experience required for the Role:
-Excellent written communication skills.
-The ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
-Previous Sales Experience desired, but not required.
-Previous 'live chat' experience desired, but not required.
-Excellent Level of Customer Service.
Salary, working hours and benefits:
-Starting salary GBP16,300 - 17,500 based on experience
-Rising to GBP20,500 with service
-Working hours are 40 hours per week, shifts include two late shifts per week (12:15-21:30) and every other weekend
-20 days holiday, rising to 24 with service
-Straight Permanent position.
