About the role

As a Lead Managing Consultant, you are required to provide outstanding client service across designated client accounts; offering and implementing creative, clever and timely customer strategies designed to meet clients’ objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage Partners, Creatives and Consultants to collaboratively deliver proposals and strategic customer-centric solutions to clients
  • Project planning, management and delivery
  • Client account management
  • Maintain and utilise industry skills
  • Manage direct reports

Required skills and experience

●      7 plus years digital agency experience essential along with graduate qualifications in advertising/communication or equivalent

●      Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite, Omni suite

●      Experience using content/project management systems

●      Some experience using accounting systems

●      Proactive, versatile, creative

●      A curious mind and an ability to adapt quickly     

●      Inherent interest in customers, marketing, digital and innovation

●      An eye for detail and organisation skills

●      Aptitude for strategic planning and business analysis

●      Great leadership and communication skills
