An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Occupational Health Nurse Adviser (OHNA) to join our small but busy team. The Occupational Health Service (OHS) is part of the University Occupational Health and Safety Service and is responsible for the development of occupational health support, compliance and support services for staff and studentships throughout the University and Departments.
Applicants should have a General Nurse qualification and be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The position will require the successful applicant to work as an Occupational Health Nurse Adviser and to have attained a postgraduate nursing qualification (degree, diploma or certificate) in Occupational Health.
Where a suitable candidate does not yet hold a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Nursing, the OHS is in a position to appoint at Grade 6 (salary £28,098 - £33,518 [pro rata]). The necessary training and support will be provided to the applicant in order to attain the postgraduate qualification.
