Deputy Manager
Our client is a leading family entertainment company, with sites across the UK delivering a fun packed customer experience, including bowling, arcades, pool tables and soft play.
Can you flip a burger and pull a pint while entertaining the masses?
If you've got managerial experience working in a fast-paced leisure or hospitality background, within a multi-function environment, then this could be the job for you.
Location: Cambridge
Salary: GBP24-28,000 + Benefits
Key tasks:
- Support the operational management of the site and deputise in the absence of the General Manager
- Create a customer-focused culture within the team, delivering the very best service
- Lead and manage your site team to achieve high levels of performance
- Support the wider business plans and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team
- Keen to develop and progress your own career
- Hands on approach, happy to get stuck in with your team
- Driven to achieve site KPI's and sales targets
- Customer focused, able to lead and inspire the team to provide excellent service
