This fast paced, growing company are looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Administrator to grow their existing team.
You will be processing customer orders and taking orders over the phone. Taking phone messages and transfering to the correct person or department. Monitoring incoming emails and responding appropriately, handling customer enquiries and resolving any problems.
You will be liaising with the warehouse team regarding stock levels, goods in, deliveries and general communication, administration in relation to the logistics teams general tasks.
You will also be required to ad hoc administration duties as required to support and cover key activities when other team members are out of the office.
You will have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills both written and verbal and have a confident and professional telephone manner. You will need excellent IT skills especially Excel and Word. You will need to work on your own initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload accurately and efficiently, but will also need to be a good team player.
Operations or sales administration background is required with excellent IT skills.
They are offering a competitive salary of £19,000 for the right candidate. Free parking onsite
