This Pitstone based company is an established and rapidly expanding company.

They are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to their friendly and dynamic team.

You will act as the first and main point of contact for all customers, and administer the front office to provide an efficient and welcoming environment.

This opportunity would ideally suit someone who has a similar background, and is looking to build on their existing skill-set.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and possess strong organisational skills.
You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and have a proven track record of working within a similar environment.

A professional attitude and a strong awareness of customer service is vital.

Duties will include but are not restricted to;

o Answering incoming calls and transferring or taking messages as needed.

o Go through all incoming post and distribute or action as required.
o Match invoices with despatch notes prior to posting

o Hotel bookings whenever required
o Liaise with all relevant departments, dealers and suppliers to ensure that they able to speak with the relevant person in a timely manner.

o Keeping on top of stationery stock and orders as and when required.
o Process incoming & outgoing post and parcels/documents that may need to be sent by the company.
o Meet and greet visitors to the business while maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
o Assisting the Office with other administrative tasks as required.

The position is offered on a full-time permanent contract, Monday to Friday 8 - 5.

A salary of £17,000 is offered and the company are looking for someone who is Keen to learn and progress.
