Do you want to be responsible for sourcing all the bought in goods and materials used to make, support and promote the best fantasy miniatures in the world, while always striving to get the best quality, cost and service in everything you do?
Are you exited by building relationships with groups of people to achieve the best results for all involved? Would you enjoy developing and championing new products and ideas to help to make them a reality?
You will need to be a great communicator to join and improve our Sourcing Team with a passion to always do things better. You will constantly identify alternative ways to improve Games Workshops cost of goods in all agreed categories, while making sure all products meet or exceed the agreed specifications.
You will build relationships with, and manage, our existing suppliers as well as sourcing new supplciers to identify opportunities to improve our products and bring new products to market on time. We want someone who is comfortable representing Games Workshop globally while upholding our culture and ethics. You will take pride in resolving issues promptly and always in a clear and calm manner. You will globally build and maintain a supplier base which ensures competitive continuity of supply for Games Workshop.
We know what makes this job hard is the constant drive to improve everything we do by seeing opportunities that no one else has and having an entrepreneurial drive to take new ideas to a positive end result. Creating strong and balanced relationships by managing the expectations of our customers and suppliers is an essential part of this job.
