Our client is an online retailer specialising in gift vouchers and gift cards. They supply a wide range of gift cards and vouchers for many of the UK's leading brands including: Marks & Spencer, Argos, John Lewis, Arcadia, National Garden, B&Q, Sainsbury's.
They now have an exciting opportunity for an online Customer Support Advisor to join them to provide a high standard of customer support for the businesses websites. This is a temporary, full time position expected to last until March 2019.
In the role you will provide a first class, professional and efficient Standard of Customer Support by acting as the first point of contact to assist in problem solving. You will do this by responding to customer enquiries, solving issues at first point of contact, handling inbound calls and updating database with responses; ensuring records are kept in respect of returns and refunds and that company policy and procedures are adhered to at all times.
With excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, you will have experience of providing outstanding customer service and a good eye for detail. With knowledge of online shopping and social media, you will be highly organised, able to deal with queries and have great time management and problem-solving abilities. Reliable and an excellent timekeeper, you will have experience of updating databases and record keeping, along with working to deadlines.
Joining a small team in Birkenhead this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get stuck into a role, providing a great customer experience whilst working closely as a team. Someone who is flexible to work overtime if/when needed during peak times is essential.
