Graduate / Trainee Sales Executive - Legal Software

This company is a market-leader in the provision of legal software solutions including, case-management and accounts software. They serve large and small practices in both the private and public sectors.

They are looking for Sales Graduates or Trainees with a year's experience in B2B sales (not retail). You will be enthusiastic and proactive, seeking to build your career by establishing and nurturing client relationships.

Selling a solution requires good listening skills and an ability to gain a full understanding of the issues their clients are facing before you begin the sales process. You will work within the Sales team but be part of a wider team who implement your sale and make it happen, so your ability to build relationships and understand the role of others is key to your success within the company.

The sales cycle can take several months so maintaining positive and proactive contact with clients will be crucial to the process and future sales.

To fulfill this role, you will possess a genuine interest in computers and sales or have experience of a working environment selling software or hardware-based solutions.

This role will also include lead generation, making appointments and supporting senior sales managers. The more you learn about this company and their software, the more you will gain confidence to attend appointments and meet clients face-to-face.
