Reporting to the Sales Director you will need to have a hunter mentality and the drive to win new business.
The Role
Responsibilities include:

Generate new business

Full 360 sales
*
Report on customer's expectations and opportunities
*
Achieve progression in the further establishment of suppliers at customer through -
*
Win interest of the customer
*
Understand the customers engineering needs
*
Lead generation and conversion
*
Checking, preparing and issuing customer quotations
*
Present product concepts
*
Create cost breakdowns
*
Ultimately win orders
The Person
We are looking for an established Sales / Business Development professional from a plastics sales background.
Essential skills and experience:
*
Experience in plastics is essential
*
Technical and/or commercial education (Bachelors, Masters degree or similar) background or product interest
*
Ability to work self-motivated, independent and in international reporting line
*
A natural seller with strong Sales skills
*
A persuasive, motivating and winning personality
*
Project management experience
*
Understanding of budget control
