Main Purpose of Post:
To advise on the Council's strategic property matters from a professional valuer's perspective. To undertake estate management and valuation services to support asset management planning in the effective use of the Council's extensive property holdings with particular emphasis on its business investment portfolio of 180 business units across the County to ensure that performance in this area meets or exceeds Council's targets. To support the Commercial Property Manager to develop the commercial estate to achieve the Council's corporate objectives and increase yield and quality of holdings.
