We're a successful construction recruitment company based in Northampton and we are looking for a couple of people to join our team. If you've previous experience of working in an office or sales environment that would be great, although it's not essential as full training will be provided! Similarly, it would be amazing if you knew the difference between a Slinger and a Rubber Duck but we're not expecting you to know everything. We're simply after a couple of people who are enthusiastic and willing to learn!
Your job role will include but will not be limited to:
Registering/Referencing Candidates for up coming job roles
Maintaining relationships with our existing workers
Scanning, Filing, Emailing
Assisting with payroll
Answering the phone/dealing with enquiries
Advertising jobs on various platforms, including social media and job boards
General office duties
Assisting the consultants to fill jobs as required
Data entry
Initially, we're looking to fill a couple of part time roles here in the office, although with summer rapidly approaching, there will be the potential for these roles to expand rapidly in the coming months.
