This is a fast growing company who are market leaders in the design and implementation of ground and water remediation solutions for land restoration. Their applied technologies for contaminated soil and water treatment, together with an expert waste management capability, delivers measurable, cost and programme benefits for all their Clients.

The purpose of this role is to provide specialist technical support to the site in accordance with the contract specification and the business. You will report directly to the Technical Manager for your duties as well as the Contracts Manager for the projects you will be required to work on.

Location

You will largely be based at their Head Office in Birmingham but will cover technical support for sites across the West Midlands and North.

Main Job Accountabilities:

- Testing requirements are scheduling out and issued to the team before works commences on site. Testing companies / consultants are procured with commercial prior to being required on site
- To schedule out any information required for the final report, submit this to the site operational team and ensure adherence throughout the project.
- Organising / Managing technical engineers / consultants to ensure projects are covered
- Manage the on-site testing in line with production. Ensure all test results are updated weekly
- Manage the report writing in line with the agreed timescale
- Check / audit the site for legal and environmental compliance
- Work with the delivery team to realise at least 2.5% savings from VE / Other opportunities

Experience

- Technical Field experience
- Earthworks experience
- Remediation experience

Qualifications
- Any relevant qualifications or formal training required to undertake the role, e.g. CIPD, relevant degree or good standard of written English, tractor driving proficiency.
- CSCS Card
- Geotechnical qualification desirable

Remuneration Package
- GBP33,000 to GBP35,000
