Sales Supervisor - Office Based
Office Based Sales Supervisor required for a leading company in the shopping centre industry based in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

This company are market leaders in providing Marketing and Commercialisation services to shopping centres, retail parks and outlet villages across the UK. The Company has a substantial and ever expanding base of clients and are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our commercialisation team.
This role:
- Managing the sales team to deliver on targets
- Creating engaging sales incentives to motivate the busy team
- Excellent management of sales figures
- Reporting to the team director
The candidate:
- A successful candidate will have worked in a similar role and have a proven track record with winning new business as well as managing and developing a sales team.
- Will hold excellent communication and leadership skills
- Have the ability to make structured and effective sales and successfully close.
-Experience in lead generation for a team
- Excellent time management, ability to ensure that sales team meets crucial deadlines
- Deal with inbound sales inquiries
- Ability to multitask and handle a heavy workload
