Manpower are currently recruiting for a Coating Process Team Leader for our client in the Grimsby Area
As part of the position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the product is at a high quality and that standards are being met. you there are 4 critical points that you would be responsible for;
1 Yield - Attaining the yield of the product and ensuring it meets specifications
2 Waste - you will responsible for managing the waste level from the line and ensuring it is at a minimum level
3 Throughput- you will be responsible for achieving throughput targets and rectifying issues.
4 Labour- you will be responsible for managing labour on the line and ensuring staff are utilised efficiently, and you will be responsible for the health and safety of all your labourers.
The hours of work will be 06:00am - 14:00pm and 14:00pm - 22:00pm or could be rotational.
This position may become permanent for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to delegate roles and jobs, possess good numerical and English language skills, be punctual, be able to perform the general tasks and responsibilities that the role requires on a daily basis, and be a supportive member of the team
