Salary Details: Salary 26,000 - 30,000
We now have an opportunity for a full-time all rounder HR Advisor for Circle Reading for 9 months maternity cover. with immediate start.
Providing first line professional, comprehensive and timely advice to managers and staff on a range of general HR queries such as sickness absence management, terms and conditions of employment, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
• Managing ER cases such as disciplinary and grievances including appeals
• Providing support during times of change on issues including restructuring, redundancies and change of terms and conditions
• Keeping abreast of developments in HR best practice and employment legislation and in doing so contribute towards the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures and assist with promoting and communicating changes to the business
• Participating in projects, including communication and implementation of initiatives
• Providing relevant management information such as headcount and attrition rates as required
• Carrying out Exit interviews for employees leaving the business at Manager and above levels
• Managing sickness absence cases and proposals for resolution
• Coaching of Managers on areas of HR policy and practice
• Working with managers in the development and implementation of Development Plans and Career Planning as appropriate
• Managing the administration and support the development of others, including coaching and knowledge sharing
• Designing and delivering training to enhance knowledge and skills
• Performing other duties as may be assigned by the manager from time to time
You must also be able to work with stakeholders (both clinicians and non-clinicians) around the business.
You must have previous experience in HR, and whilst Healthcare experience is a definite plus, more important is your drive and enthusiasm with an ability to apply your knowledge and experience to a Healthcare setting.
Travel between sites on occasion will be required for this role.
