Recruitment and Learning Coordinator: With a company growing as fast as GAMA Healthcare, we need to develop excellence in all aspects of our recruitment activities and have a vibrant development and training agenda so that we continue to attract and retain capable people - from Microbiologists to Brand Managers, from Sales Professionals to Creative Designers and Operations Executives.
GAMA Healthcare is seeking a capable, enthusiastic and proactive Recruitment and Learning Coordinator to join a small HR team and take a lead in running key parts of our recruitment and orientation processes and to help make employees' development and training plans a reality. GAMA Healthcare is a dynamic, successful international healthcare company specialising in the design, commercialisation and distribution of innovative, quality infection control products. In less than 10 years annual turnover is in excess of GBP30million and double-digit growth is forecasted over the next 5 years.

This opportunity will attract talented individuals who are at the early stages of their career, keen to develop and grow to become professionals in HR-related fields. Reporting to the HR Director, your responsibilities will include:
•Generate candidate activity through a variety of different attraction channels, to include; job boards, applications, internal databases
•Operate the recruitment process e.g. post adverts, arrange interviews, scheduling psychometric tests, referencing, managing the process and feedback loops with the hiring manager
•Coordinate new starter on-boarding processes including assisting in the delivery of the induction programme
•Collate, organise and track GAMA's company-wide training and development plans and, in discussion with managers, schedule priority activities
•Liaise closely with external providers (recruitment, training) to ensure key activities to GAMA people are connected and well managed
•Use our new HR system to run regular reports on key HR metrics (e.g. hiring, training, attrition, training evaluation)

In addition to these recruitment and learning activities, you will be involved in a range of HR activities e.g. supporting our performance management process and employee benefits programmes. GAMA is highly entrepreneurial and is growing fast: It will be important that the successful candidate enjoys working at pace and multi-tasking!

We would be delighted to hear from individuals who;
•Have a strong first degree, and are progressing through their CIPD studies
•Have at least two years' experience in a busy HR or recruitment administration role and are familiar with progressive HR/recruitment practices
•Relish working in a fast-paced environment and seek to make a positive impact on the people they support
•Be a great team player, an ambassador for the team and the company
•Are well organised able to demonstrate strong administrative skills
