This multi award winning UK Holiday Provider is seeking a Technical Trainer to develop inductions and development courses for new starters and existing employees.
The company has been established for 30 years and is growing rapidly, they now employee 400 people and are continuing to expand. The have won multiple awards including Best In Industry for the last four years and recognised as on for the 1000 companies to inspire Britain. As a Technical Trainer you will
* Be training new staff and refreshing existing staff on a specialist reservations system that has won tech awards for its innovation
* This is specialist software developed exclusively for this company
* Developing you own training programmes
* Typical week 80% delivery
* Some travel required nationwide
To be successful as a Technical Trainer
* We are interested in seeing candidates with experience as a technical trainer from either a call centre, travel or retail background
* Proven track record developing training programmes
* Ability to command and audience and hold attention and provide fun, interesting and informative training sessions
* Be the face of the company

* Basic Salary GBP24000 - GBP26000
* 5% company annual bonus
* Monday to Friday 9-5.30 (some travel required ad hoc)
