We are looking for a Creative Producer to take a leadership role in our Motion Graphics team. You will join a highly motivated team who are focussed on conceiving, creating and rolling out motion creative that transforms relationships between brands and consumers. The successful candidate will oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality motion creative campaigns spanning social, digital display and influencer.

You will follow creative campaigns from conception through to implementation, ensuring the integrity of the idea is upheld and high quality is maintained.

Your Experience:

Experience in an agency environment is essential – we’re looking for someone with 4+ years, looking to take their next step.

+ Proven experience in a creative team environment (minimum 4 years) 
+ Have an extensive and varied portfolio that showcases:
+ A passion for motion creative - from videography/photography through to animation
+ Practical experience building production packages
+ A great eye for composition and an understanding of good design practices
+ Meticulous approach to visuals and fine rendering
+ Ability to work and lead a multi-disciplinary team of creatives 
+ Experience working in tight timeframes and dealing with last-minute changes
+ An expert technician of Adobe Creative Suite – advanced use of After Effects, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier pro and Animate (flash) CC as a minimum. Happy to artwork when required
+ You will always maintain a positive and solution based attitude. The more impossible a task the bigger the opportunity is to excel, succeed and create 
+ Client facing experience is a bonus. Every member of the team is client-facing regardless of skillset

Day-to-day:

+ You will oversee and contribute to the production of high-quality motion creative for our clients
+ You will be integral to ideation, creative strategy and visualisation of campaign concepts
+ You will manage the execution and production of live campaigns
+ You will deliver a consistent high quality level of work at an individual level and challenge the team to do the same (you take responsibility for upholding standards across the team)
+ You will present & manage creative projects directly with your attributed clients
