Night Care Assistant (Need own transport due to location)

A well established organization is recruiting for Night Care Assistants for their luxury 80 bed Nursing Home in Warminster, Wiltshire. This is a modern looking home is set in beautiful large grounds, glass building with balconies which also includes an indoor swimming pool! You will mainly be supporting Elderly clients who have general nursing needs and aspects of Dementia.

Main Job Role:
- Help assist the clients to bed
- Do regular checks on clients and record this in their care plans
- If they wake up during the night, offer them food, drink, spend time with them and assist them with anything else (try get them back to sleep)
- Offer full personal care to clients if required
- General domestic duties (household chores)

Qualifying candidates
- Have life, paid, personal or voluntary experience in care (any setting / sector)
- You will need to pay for your own DBS and after 3 months, you will be refunded
- Must have your own transport due to location

Contract / Terms:
- Salary is £10,335 - £21,450 = £7 - £8 an hour
- Shifts are between Mondays to Fridays plus alternative weekends
- We have 25 - 50 hours per week contracts
- Shift pattern is 7:30pm - 8:00am

Pay rate:
- £7 an hour with no NVQ,
- £8 NVQ 2 in health & social care
- £8 NVQ 3 in health & social care
- £8 NVQ 4 in health & social care
