Registered Manager (Children's)

I am looking for an experienced registered manager to join an established children`s short beaks residential disability project in Chesterton - Newcastle under Lyme (ST5) I am seeking managers to oversee the day to day running of the service for children with multiple disabilities aging from 8 years to 17.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the service as a whole including the staff team, the welfare of the young people, the house finances and other resources. You will deliver and maintain good practices of care as required by the company and OFSTED.

I am looking for a registered manager who has a real passion to make a difference by developing, managing, leading and inspiring a team to provide the highest standards of care, ensuring young people voices are central to planning and that individual needs and preferences are met and by Continuing to develop the service to provide new opportunities for young people to gain skills and have fun

To apply for this vacancy, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background as a registered manager within children`s residential care settings. You must hold on appointment or complete within one year of date of appointment (Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care AND Relevant qualification in Social Care - at least Level 3).
