Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Central London - £18,000-£24,000 + Competitive Bonus

My client is an established global senior level Executive Search consultancy (solely deal with placing CEO level candidates), with a focus on the travel, transport and entertainment sectors. They are an international agency with offices and opportunities globally. With some big name clients they are looking for somebody to bring in reputable clients and build lasting relationships within the travel, leisure and entertainment division. The role will be based in their Central London office, working with a friendly and supportive team and will report to the Managing Partner.

The expectations will be to further develop a portfolio of clients through your ability to find new contacts and network to build client relationships and source candidates in line with the client's needs. The role will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven to build a professional rapport and work in a sector focused environment. There will be opportunities to travel for conferences and international business meetings and flexibility is a MUST!

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Be an articulate, professional and mature minded individual
• Have experience in a B2B role (preferable)
• Be a confident, social person with a strong understanding for business
• Preferable a business related degree
• Feel comfortable dealing with High Levels clients and CEO level candidates
• Have a great flexibility for international travel

Competitive basic salary plus excellent highly competitive commission structure will be offered to the successful candidate.
