Brook Street are currently working with a large UK organistation. Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Officer for the offices based in Pencoed.
The role will involve the following:
- Processing of financial data, budgets and expenditure
- Providing assistance with invoice charges and payroll, income
- Dealing with day to day administration, maintenance and completing monthly financial reports.
- Processing of purchasing invoices and organising compliance
- Supporting budget control and management process.
- Maintaining and auditing schedules
- Preparation of budget proposals and costs
The ideal candidate will need:
- Great computer skills with Word and Excel
- Understanding of technical accounting processes
- Great communication skills
- AAT or equivelant is desirable
- Knowlegde of financial systems and packages
