Support Worker Superstars Required in Wadebridge

Who are we?

Pendennis House is a CQC registered service, with an excellent reputation. We are growing and need more support worker superstars to join us! We have amazing service users who have learning disabilities and mental health difficulties, and who enjoy daily support from our fantastic team. We offer flexible and rewarding work, based only Wadebridge. Jobs available to start immediately (subject to referencing and enhanced DBS). We have day and night hours available. All shifts are 6 hours or more with the same client. You will need to share our ethos of providing excellent standards of person-centred care and support, and be available for some weekend work. Shift patterns are 0830-1500, 1500-2100 & 2100-0830.  We have bank contracts as well as full and part time permanent contracts available.

What do I need to have?

- Preferably 6+ months paid experience in the Health and Social Care sector or relevant position. Alternatively.... the ability to convince us that it is your passion to make a positive difference to our clients lives, in a person-centred way and that you are willing to learn and be mentored.

- Have a full clean manual Driving Licence (you do not need a car, just the ability to drive ours)

- Right to live and work in the UK

- Ability to provide at least two references.
