They are based in Wellingborough and are looking for an Office/Sales Assistant
Working closely with the company Director in an Engineering environment, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and must have experience in carrying out the following tasks:
- Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member.
- Take and distribute accurate messages.
- Deal with customer sales enquiries.
- Calling and keeping in contact with customers on a regular basis.
- Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required.
- Type documents, reports and correspondence.
- Diary Management.
- Co-ordinate and organize call outs, appointments and meetings.
- Ensuring all vehicles are road worthy, scheduling services, MOT and repairs.
- Organize overnight accommodation arrangements for staff.
- Fax, scan and copy documents.
- Maintain office filing and storage systems.
- Keep computer records up to date.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies.
- Keep office area clean and tidy.
