Brook Street are currently recruiting for an Administrator (Logistics) in a busy electrical company in Ashby.
This role requires great administrative skills and the ability to prioritise. You will be dealing with members of the company from across the globe.
Within this role you will be carrying out some of the following tasks:
Communicating with various departments
Checking Goods In/Out
Managing stationery for office & external sites
Monitor stock levels
Arrange stock/exhibition stand deliveries
Experience in the following would be essential:
Administration and data entry
Competent in Microsoft software packages:
Excel, Office, Outlook and Word.
It would be desirable to have experience in dispatch and goods out?
The role is temporary and is required to provide holiday cover for a member of staff in their dispatch team. It will be for 4 weeks, with 2 weeks of those shadowing the member of staff to fully understand the role.
The pay is £11/hr and does offer onsite parking
