Trainee Sales Rep Vacancy - (OTE £18000 including bonuses)

Our client based in Leeds is the leading Distributor of Floor covering in the UK. Their bases throughout the UK help them to provide customers with fantastic service. Their customers are Independent Retailers and Contractors located throughout the country on established Sales Areas.

They currently have an exciting opportunity to join their training and development program as a Trainee Sales Rep. Initially based within the inbound sales office in the Leeds head office, this role suits a highly motivated individual with a desire to progress within the company. They are looking to develop the skills within their trainees to enable them to succeed in a highly successful sales career.

The successful applicant will be flexible and have the ability to develop a wide range of skills.

The position will be extremely customer focused, dealing with customer accounts around the UK.

Successful Candidates will have the following qualities:

• Educated to GCSE standard as a minimum, further qualifications will be an advantage but a good work ethic and common sense are more important
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• A good telephone manner
• A Background in Sales and Customer Service
• Proactive and customer focused attitude
