We are Node 4, a specialist provider of data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a Senior Network Support Engineer to join our friendly team. 

As the Senior Network Support Engineer, you will: 

- Support LAN, WAN, WLAN and security solutions
- Own and manage complex support tickets for key customers
- Act as an escalation point for junior team members 
- Mentor and train Support Engineers 
- Define and implement complex change controls
- Assist with customer projects and installations
- Deputise for the Support Team Leader when required
- Occasionally travel to customer sites 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- A Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA OR Juniper JNCIS certification 
- Exposure to routing, switching, VoIP, wireless, security products and technologies 
- A full driving licence

We’re keen to have a further conversation with you if you have experience as a Senior Network Support Engineer, Lead Network Support Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, Senior Infrastructure Support Engineer, Cisco Network Engineer, Juniper Network Engineer or IT Support Engineer.

This is a full time role, working hours of 8:00 – 16:30 and 9:30 – 18:00 on rotating weeks.
