Our client requires an experienced senior administrator to provide and co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services within the Public sector. Must have experience in minute taking.

Our public sector client is based in Hull and offers a competitive rate of pay and excellent working environment.

Candidates will have a minimum of three years previous personal administration experience and possess excellent communication skills. You will be driven to provide an excellent service and enjoy working as part of a team within a busy environment.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a PA role/ experience of shorthand/audio typing.

To provide and co-ordinate administrative services including the management of diaries, updating databases, producing correspondence and papers, supporting events and ensuring the smooth running of all at that goes on within the Department.
