Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our team in London. The successful applicant will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
The Quality Inspector role:
You will assist the Repairs and Maintenance Operations in the smooth delivery of a quality customer focused service. You will have experience from either Site Management/ Quantity Surveying or possess strong Trade Background within a repairs and maintenance environment.
You will ensure that you are organised to carry out multiple quality inspections and works surveys to properties within a wide geographical area. You will be required to manage and maintain excellent quality standards ensuring a quality customer focused service to exceed our service level requirements.
Skills/Experience required by the Quality Inspector:
- CSCS card
- Construction NVQ
- Clean, full UK driving License
- Trade City & Guilds/ NQV qualification (Or relevant experience with strong references)
- Experience within the maintenance environment
- Basic understanding of schedule of rates
- A van will be provided but you will need to have your own tools
- Flexible in terms of travelling to various locations in London
All permanent appointments will be on PGM terms and conditions.
Our successful Quality Inspector will need to be subject to a background disclosure check by the Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) before any appointment can be confirmed.
