My client was established in 1987 and has been devoted to designing exclusive gowns for women to wear for all types of special occasions from balls to proms, from garden parties to weddings, from the races to the Ritz. (The most beautiful unbelieveable dresses you have ever seen)

The company was set up by four sisters, starting off as a retail business which rapidly expanded into a wholesale business, designing and manufacturing evening gowns for all occasions.

We believe in exclusivity which is why we add to our collection with new designs on a monthly basis to keep up with the constantly changing fashion world.

In 2014 the business expanded by opening a showroom in USA as well as their UK office based in Elstree.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in telesales to join this expanding and forward thinking company (UK office) Elstree.

Duties:
- making outbound B2B Calls
- sourcing and generating new leads in the USA
- arranging appointments to our showroom in the USA during trade shows
- securing and closing orders on a regular basis and building a good relationship with clients for repeat orders
- attending trade shows in the USA and securing potential appointments before shows.

The Candidate:
Candidates are required to have B2B Tele Sales Experience.
You must have excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner. Someone who is competitive, dedicated and hungry for sales is ideal, likable and trustworthy.
Traveling in the USA to trade shows is essential.
Must be ambitious and passionate about fashion and dresses to secure orders on a regular basis with increasing sales targets.
Candidates must be professional, well presented, focused and sales and target driven individuals who look forward to joining an ambitious and passionate team.

Our current markets include UK, Europe, USA, Canada and UAE. The areas in the UK which can be open to new clients will need to be discussed.

BASIC - £25,000, Commission of 5% on all realized and paid orders once monthly targets of £20,000 are met with no upper limits.

The position is very sales driven and there is the potential for further increases in benefits linked to sales targets and the drive to achieve in excess of expectations.
