Change Administrator / Change Support / Project Coordinator / Project Support / Energy
Nottingham Commutable from Derby, Loughborough and Mansfield
Salary £21,106

Our client is the first not-for-profit energy company owned by a local authority. They were set up by Nottingham City Council to tackle fuel poverty and give people a cheaper, better alternative to the Big Six. They are proud to be leading the way in trying to reduce fuel poverty for those who need help the most.

They are a national supplier, with over 100,000 customers and growing fast! They work with a number of other local authorities, such as Leeds, Liverpool, and Derby City Councils, by helping them to create their own energy brand in partnership with them. With others due to launch soon, they are proud to be at the forefront of publicly owned energy supply.

They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Change Administrator to be the face of the change team, providing a comprehensive support service to the team and to third party stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for the change log, templated change requests, user system permission controls and a range of administration duties to support the change team.

Key tasks will include updating the change team logs on a daily basis, managing and maintaining the access to system demands from managers, conducting regular permission reviews in line with changes in business requirements and coordinating and taking minutes from testing meetings. You’ll also provide support on projects and process mapping and will assist with identifying areas for improvement by continuously monitoring and evaluating processes and procedures.

They are looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent and who has experience of supporting a change, transformation or operational team. Ideally you’ll have a recognised MS suite qualification and an understanding of project principles. You’ll be able to develop strong working relationships at all levels as well as maintaining confidentiality and working effectively across the business but also independently. Experience of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential with experience of MS Viso being advantageous. You’ll have experience of planning and organising your own workload and will be able to take accurate minutes of complex meetings.

If you are looking to build a career in Change Management, Business Analysis or Project Management, this could be the role for you!
