This unique 6 month contract has just become available to work for a Lloyds market Underwriters in the heart of the City
Working closely with the In-House Commercial Solicitor and the business, your role will help provide legal advice to all matters relevant to my client however a lot of your duties will revolve around ensuring 3rd party contracts are reviewed and negotiated and also protecting the company interests and brand by ensuring that all contracts are worded appropriately. Providing support to the business with all contract negotiation too
You will be the the 1st point of contact for in-house legal advice and have responsibility of the contract database system
You will also assist with data protection requirements
The ideal person for this role will have a relevant legal qualification and 1-2 years PQE. You will have an understanding of data protection laws and and experience of dealing with all types of commercial services and working with contracts
