About the Role
As our Administration Team Leader, you will lead all aspects of office operations including; vendor support, auction support and the payments office, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and effectively whilst building robust relationships with vendors and buyers.
Ensuring the office team is effectively resourced and requirements for reception, payments and rostrum are met at all times, you will drive customer excellence within your team, regularly monitoring and reviewing the customer experience within the Auction Centre to identify ways to continually enhance the customer experience. Responsible for all people aspects of your teams, you will conduct performance reviews and training and promote team engagement, rewarding and recognising achievements and implementing methods to increase and maintain team member morale.
Our Administration Team Leader will have proven management experience within a similar fast paced business environment and be comfortable working in a customer facing role, resolving customer queries and complaints to a mutual satisfaction. With strong time management and organisational skills, you will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and delegate tasks effectively, and be able to react to change quickly and effectively. Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, as is the ability to work in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.
