HOUSING CONCIERGE WORKERS

We are seeking to appoint a number of posts within our new Concierge service. The purpose of the posts is to provide an on-site presence at accommodation owned or leased by Tyne Housing, which may include waking cover overnight and/or at weekends.

In a team of two, Housing Concierge Workers will provide a presence when housing staff are not on site to ensure the safety and security of the accommodation and occupants, which is also conducive to cohesive neighbour and community relations.

Roles include:

Concierge Manager

30 hours per week £17,136

5 days per week including some weekends

Full Time Housing Concierge Workers

42 hour per week £19,635 per annum

(three nights on and three nights off)

Part time Weekend Housing Concierge Workers

There are various options of hours (25 hours every other weekend or one day each weekend)

2 x 12.5 hours shifts - £8.99 per hour

Sessional Housing Concierge Workers

To cover staff absence, weekend and nightshifts

12.5 hour shifts - £8.99 per hour

Over time will also be available
