Estates and Facilities are seeking to recruit a Maintenance Services Manager to join its small but very busy Property Services Team to manage and lead the Combined Services Group (CSG) delivering a high quality service to support the primary objectives of the University.
You will be responsible for the management and provision of planned preventative maintenance, reactive works and supervision of the Combined Services Group and minor works service to the diverse range of the University’s estate. The post requires participation in an out of hours on-call rota.
You will hold a minimum of an HNC in Building Studies with a wide knowledge of all aspects of the building industry and substantial post qualification experience.
