The Administrator role will include a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Responding and acting on client queries.
  • Processing of reports / issuing of certificates.
  • Ensuring that all documents issued to clients are accurate and of the highest quality.
  • Maintaining and updating key databases.
  • Providing daily/weekly updates of information to Managers and the team.
  • Providing additional administrative assistance to other scheme administrators as required.
