We are looking for an Administrator officer to work for our client, MOJ based in Leeds City Centre. This is a temporary long term assignment; the hours of work will be 37 hours, Monday-Friday. The rate of pay will be £7 rising to £9 after 12 weeks.

The role will include clerking the tribunal hearings which will involve dealing with judges and customers face to face, sitting in the tribunals, passing paperwork between the judge and jury, setting up rooms, calling attendees to court in and back office admin. Good communication skills will be required.

There will be various duties for you, which may include the following: Processing appeals, data input, creating relevant letters and notices and liaising with customers via telephone.

The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual who can work independently as well as within a team. Good IT skills (Word/Outlook/Excel) are required - although training will be provided to use the in house system.
