Our Client is England’s leading provider of retirement housing and care services for people aged 55 and above. They deliver affordable, contemporary, person-centred care and housing that meets individual needs, improves wellbeing and promotes independent living.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their Property Development department where you will be the first point of contact with potential and existing customers, responding effectively to calls, emails and enquiries whilst receiving visitors on-site and arranging viewing and reservation appointments.

Within the role, you will manage sales leads effectively, maintaining regular customer contact to keep the purchaser updated with build, progress and events. Overseeing the day to day management and carrying out daily inspections of the show apartment, marketing suite and apartments, you will work with the Housing and Care Manager to oversee the application process whilst managing the customer’s expectations.

They are looking for someone who has previous experience of working within property sales. With excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to explain detailed information to others, you will be enthusiastic and target driven. 

Experience in a customer facing role would be beneficial, but above all you will be approachable, organised and able to prioritise.

The working hours for this role are 9am – 5pm Thursday to Saturday. This is a FTC for 12 months.
