We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to take on responsibility for a home in the Trowbridge area.
We are proud to be working with a well-established award-winning provider of services to adults with learning disabilities, autism and a range of needs.
We are seeking a caring and compassionate person to take on responsibility for this lovely home. You will lead a team of staff in providing a safe and homely environment along with therapeutic intervention and positive behaviour management to help service users reduce incidents of challenging behaviour. You will have the full support from the senior management team to help you develop and progress your career.
You will need a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, along with some care management experience, and ideally some knowledge of learning disabilities.
