Move Team Manager (Office Manager, Customer Service)
Our Client offers a London-based commercial moving and storage service. They are the market leaders and have held the largest share of the UK’s business moving market for more than ten years, expanding their services by responding to the needs of their customers.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Manager to organise and supervise their Move Team, interacting between them, customers, and the Operations and Sales departments. This is a permanent, full time position based at their Silvertown offices.
Within the role you will facilitate the smooth running of the team, and will have overall responsibility for the internal systems and processes within the division. Managing the administration of the Management Information and Operating systems, you will provide a high level of service to internal and external clients. Improving and developing systems and processes in order to achieve best business practise, you will provide a framework of leadership and direction that inspires staff and maximises the potential of the business.
They are looking for someone who has previous experience working as an Customer Services / Office Manager, coupled with management experience, and ideally with management training. With prior involvement in systems implementation and administration, you will have a strong working knowledge of internal processes, and will ensure clear and accurate reporting of division activities to the group accounts and management team.
A team player who can work on their own initiative, you will be a confident user of Excel and will be able to use business software to create and analyse its reporting function.
