Our client is a financial services company offering Private Wealth Management, Wealth Planning and Corporate & Institutional Broking services.

They are now looking for an Investment Operations Executive (known internally as Client Services and Oversight Executive) to join them in London, working as part of a productive, high performing team to provide a first-class service to internal and external clients by processing Middle Office activities of all types, as well as providing oversight to third party service providers.
In the role you will undertake activities by contributing to all servicing activities relating to the full lifecycle of our clients; Client Take On, Client Data Maintenance, Asset Maintenance and Transfers, Client Reporting, Liaising internally and with third party providers and Account Closures. Liaising with Wrap providers to agree technical and reporting requirements, you will be the first point of contact between SEI (Investment Operations third party partner) and our clients dealing desk, resolving issues timely (escalating where appropriate).
Providing support to account managers and overseeing SEI by monitoring and analysing SLA’s and KPI’s, you will identify, manage and resolve any client reporting issues and ensure all transactions are completed correctly and are fully FCA compliant.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, highly organised and possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. With an understanding of FCA regulations and a solid client operational background in private client space, you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel skills desirable), strong skills in numeracy and accurate data entry, along with close attention to detail.
An Investment Operations Certificate (formerly IAQ) is highly desirable however not essential.
