The Role: 

As a Junior Account Manager, you will deliver a world-class service to customers. 

In this varied role, you will: 

- Respond to incoming queries from customers 
- Identify opportunities to up-sell products 
- Build strong working relationships with customers 
- Help to schedule meetings and presentations for colleagues 
- Provide administrative support for the UK Sales Team 

About You: 

To be considered as a Junior Account Manager, you’ll need: 

- Experience within a success, account and/or business development management team 
- Excellent communication skills 
- A great telephone manner 
- A highly-organised approach 
- A positive attitude 

Ideally, you’ll have SaaS (Software as a Service) sales experience, but this isn’t essential. 

Other companies may call this role Trainee Account Manager, Junior Client Relationship Manager, Trainee Business Development Executive, Junior Customer Account Manager or Customer Success Executive. 

Candidates with experience as an Account Executive, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Sales Rep or Sales Support Co-ordinator are also encouraged to apply.
