Encore Personnel are looking for Process Leaders on a permanent contract to join our client site in Scropton Debyshire.
The Role:
To support the Section Manager in managing the production processes and production staff in order to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets set by the Company, consistently and cost-effectively. To be responsible for the on-going training of all staff including new starters to the section,to understand the Operational requirements and work in an environment that is fast paced and extremely pressurised.
This role has to understand that this department is an evisceration area and the Operational requirements and work in this environment are fast paced and extremely pressurised.
Pay Rate:
GBP22, 276 per annum
Annual shift supplement circa 1k per annum
Unsocial premium for contracted shifts
Overtime regularly available.
Main Responabilities:
-Organising and motivating the team to reach their full potential and ensure effective staffing levels.
-Responsible for all training, development and completion of relevant documentation.
-Achieving consistent quality, standards and specification of the product.
-Ensuring KPI data is monitored, completed and reported as required.
-Ensuring staffing issues are addressed and dealt with effectively, consistently and fairly.
-Ensure safety standards are maintained and improved with the area of responsibility.
-To be aware of, understand, manage and adhere to the maintenance of good GMP. Area of responsibility to be audit ready at all times.
-To be aware of, understand, manage and adhere to food hygiene procedures.
-Deputise for the Section Manager, when required.
-To comply with and promote all Faccenda policies and procedures.
-Participate and promote the Faccenda Vision and Values.
Requirments:
Essential:
Functional skills English and Maths level 1
Excel intermediate
Good level of communication
Desirable
Full training/ qualifications will be given to the successful candidate
Level 3 Food Hygiene
Level 2 HACCP
PIA trained
IOSHH qualified
