1-1 Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Co-ordinator to join our clients busy office local to Basingstoke on a temporary ongoing basis.
No two days will be the same, our client is a well-established and rapidly growing business with lots of opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Friday, this role is initially for 6 months with the potential to be extended.
Main duties will include;
- Playing a key role in planning projects and the resources required
- Working closely with HR and managers to resource plan
- Manage contracts
- Liaise with agencies
- Maintain and update skills matrix
- Creating reports
- Any adhoc duties required
The correct candidate will;
- Have strong IT skills
- Have excellent rapport building and communication skills
- Motivation and the desire to learn is the key requirements for this role over experience
